For some of you, the ride home after a bad game can be the worst. Sometimes, you'd rather walk home. lol Well, we definitely feel you.
We feel you so much, that we created a video series, called M.A.D.E. Tough, to help you through the rough times. M.A.D.E Tough is a series of talks to you as the player. Not for Mom or Dad, but for you. Though they’re welcome to listen, these talks are made for you, the student-athlete out there on the floor. How strong you are mentally is far more important than how gifted you are physically. This is true in all sports. When your mindset isn’t in the right place, you can’t unleash all the greatness that lies within you. Having all the physical tools means nothing when you don’t believe in yourself. Being able to shoot the tre ball from anywhere on the floor in practice but freezing up in the game is all mental. No player is born mentally tough, they are M.A.D.E Tough.
Below, you'll see one video of a complete series on the topic of handling the ride home after a bad game.
