Tonight, we'll talk about ways an HR department can help their organization to become more Agile in stead of keeping in place policies that were designed with a different organization in mind.
We'll talk about performance reviews in light of actual performance. Unsurprisingly, this will be a bit of a rant, as performance reviews have been shown to generally achieve the opposite of their stated objective. Beyond the rant though, we'll look into what exactly is wrong with performance reviews and how to fix that.
Then, we'll move on to discuss job descriptions in light of Agile behavior. This also will be a bit of a rant, as this ubiquitous tool has such a dark downside that it is hard to justify the upside without noticing the wastefulness of it. As with performance reviews, we'll move on to more constructive discussion by looking at how to fix it.
And then, we'll brainstorm some more topics to discuss to see if we can use the same structure we used with performance reviews and job descriptions to help make our organizations as awesome as they should be!

## Parking
You can use the Q-Park Centrum Oost (Wibautstraat 3). Parking fee is charged (4 euro per hour with a maximum of 30 Euros per day).
It is a 12-minute walk from the Q-Park to the Wibautveste. You can also take metro 51, 53 and 54 from Metrostation Weesperplein to Metro station Wibautstraat.
You can also park on the streets surrounding the office which is 3 or 4 euro per hour.
## Public Transport
Opposite the Wibautveste you will find various metro stations, tram and bus stop, for example:
- From Amsterdam Central Station: metro 51, 53 and 54.
- From RAI Congress Centre: bus 65, or take tram 4 transfer to metro 51.
- From WTC: metro 51. Take exit Gijsbrecht van Aemstelstraat.
