Hi all,
the Moon will look like a "bitten cookie" on Tuesday, so why not gather to photograph it?

Weather permitting, we will meet in Nordbahnhof. This will provide a rough alignment of the rising moon with the city centre. Hopefully we get a good shot with moon + the central city outline.

A camera with a powerful telephoto lens (at least 100mm) would be appropriate. Bring also a wider lens if you wanna attempt a timelapse.
I'll be bringing a pair of giant binoculars.

- Entrance to Earth's umbra: 22:02 (Moon's altitude just 5°!)
- Maximum eclipse: 23:31 (Moon's altitude from Berlin ca. 12°)
- Exiting Earth's umbra: 1:00 am
