3. Your Turn to Share:
• You’ll have 3 minutes to talk about yourself. This can include:
• A brief introduction about who you are.
• How long you’ve lived in the city.
• Your business and what you do.
• How the group can best support you.
(Feel free to use this time however it benefits you most—this is just a guideline).
4. Sign-Up for Connections:
• After sharing, write your name, business, and phone number on a provided sheet to help facilitate follow-ups.
5. Community Building:
• After the event, the hosts will create a WhatsApp group to:
• Share business referrals.
• Invite each other to personal celebrations or community events.
• Keep everyone informed about opportunities to support one another.
• Celebrate successes—every time someone gets a referral from the group, we encourage sharing it in the chat so we can cheer each other on!

Food and Drinks
This is a mini potluck networking event! While non alcohol beverages and snacks will be provided by the host, we encourage everyone to contribute and be hands-on in building this community by bringing a snack to share. Let’s connect, share, and grow together!
Bring your favorite snacks—whether they’re from your culture or just your go-to easy, bite-sized treats. Since we’ll be socializing, it’s best to bring something that doesn’t require sitting down to eat. Think along the lines of meat pies, Sushi , fruit trays, egg rolls, veggie trays, wings , samosas , Sushi , juices!
When we are all done sharing about our businesses
It’s an open floor to play some music as we socialize and talk with one another .
