The group has hiked Sal's Branch a couple of times this past year. The trail is about 2.8 miles and is pretty level. It's a nice walk in the park and a good way to start the year.

We will meet at the visitor center at the Crabtree entrance off of Glenwood avenue (8801 Glenwood Avenue). The visitor center should be open so we'll meet inside. If it's closed we'll meet out front near the picnic table. I'll be wearing a blue baseball cap that says Merida. fyi - There are restrooms at the visitor center.

You can't miss the visitor center, if you stay on the entrance road you'll run into it on the right, maybe a mile into the park. (Maybe a half mile, I didn't measure it.)
