SESSION 1 - Content Strategy for a Sitecore Content Hub Migration (45 mins)
What needs to be taken into consideration when migrating your assets to Content Hub.
About the Speaker: Eduardo Moraes (@eduardomoraes) is the Director of Digital Strategy at Nishtech, 6 times awarded as a Sitecore MVP.
SESSION 2 - A React Crash Course for Sitecore Dinosaurs (45 mins)
I've been developing Sitecore solutions with MVC for more than 10 years, but thanks to headless and composable DXP architectures, I've become a Sitecore dinosaur. Join me, fellow dinosaurs, as we modernize our skills to ensure we're ready for the future. This session acts as a (very) quick introduction to modern JavaScript concepts and the React framework from the viewpoint of a horribly outdated backend developer. You will come away with a basic understanding of component-based development with React that can be applied to many headless frameworks and upcoming composable architectures.
About the Speaker: Brandon has been hacking away at code since a dusty Commodore 64 appeared from his parents' attic in the early 90's, but has spent the last 15 years building client solutions with .NET, JavaScript, and Sitecore. A former Solutions Architect and 2018-2021 Sitecore Technology MVP, Brandon is now a Sales Engineer at Sitecore, Inc. He focuses on solution architecture, content management, application security, and dodging Atlanta traffic.
