He has over 20 years of experience with a unique blend of business and tech skills. 

He has been working at Sitecore for nearly 7 years, some of you know him as The Sitecore Authority.

He has experience delivering and leading enterprise-scale transformation and digital service design across government, financial services, and digital agency sectors. He has a track record of developing engineering teams and products across multiple businesses for added efficiency with an attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with an ability to clearly articulate how we solve our customer problems.

Malcolm Lightbody is Data Science and AI Product Manager at Sitecore

Malcolm believes in the democratization of information and knowledge as the only true way to empower people. Much of what he does derives from that belief, both in my work and in my private life. 

Whether it is helping businesses understand analytic processes and techniques without clouding them in mystique, or whether it is using his background in research to help people navigate complex choices in areas as diverse as medical treatment, finance, or sport.

It is all the same to him. Understand the problem, build an approximate model (if necessary) then break it into constituent parts and then map these into more familiar concepts and terminology to make it approachable.
