First timers: Please arrive by 7:20a to fill out a little paperwork.
I suggest that you wear loose & opaque (non-mesh, non-see through) workout attire that covers the chest, abdomen, and seat areas. I also suggest that you wear eye protection and gloves when we train the Filipino Kali. Feel free to bring water and a hand towel.
The event is open to the first 12 students who RSVP Yes. Please update your RSVP if your plans change to make room for those who may be on a wait list. Thanks for understanding.
