[DATE AND LOCATION ARE CHANGED!! IT IS JANUARY 21, 2025]

Investigative Reporters & Editors (IRE) is finally announcing its inaugural Seoul, South Korea meetup. Meet journalists and become friends. You don't need to be an IRE member to attend, so please bring your journalist colleagues. President of Journalists Association of Korea, Mr. Park Jong Hyun will join this meetup. This will be a casual after-work event near Korea Press Center, and location is Clara Hall Room 302 (Graduate School Building II) at Ewha Womans University. There is no free parking area, so please secure your paid parking nearby. The venue is school, so you MUST not drink alcohol inside campus. Attendees must review and agree to follow IRE's Code of Conduct before arriving. Free light snacks and non-alcoholic sodas will be provided for attendees. IRE is committed to serving and supporting all its members and maintaining a safe, discrimination-free organization where everyone can learn and be supported professionally. Let's meet at 7pm of January 21, 2025.

미국탐사보도협회(Investigative Reporters & Editors, IRE) 첫 서울 밋업을 진행합니다. 동료 언론인을 만나 친구가 됩시다. IRE 회원이 아니더라도 참석할 수 있으니, 동료와 함께 참석해도 됩니다. 한국기자협회 박종현 회장과 함께 하는 캐주얼한 자리로, 프레스센터 인근에서 진행됩니다. 장소는 이화여자대학교 대학원별관 302호 세미나실입니다. 주변에 무료 주차 공간이 없으니 유의해 주세요. 학교 내에서 행사를 개최하므로 주류 반입 및 섭취가 불가능합니다. 참가자들은 도착 전 IRE의 행동강령 (IRE's Code of Conduct)을 준수하는데 동의해야 합니다. 참가자들을 위한 가벼운 스낵과 무알콜 탄산음료가 무료로 준비될 예정입니다. IRE는 모든 회원들을 섬기고 회원을 위해 노력하며, 모든 사람이 전문적으로 배우고 지원받을 수 있는 안전하고 차별 없는 조직을 유지하는 데 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 2025년 1월 21일 오후 7시에 뵙겠습니다.
