We are using cotton yarns, medium weight and (size 6) 4 double pointed needles or 2 needles for knit and thinner cotton with (size 7 or 6 hook) for crochet. Please check the website .knittedknockers.org . There are Japanese patterns and information in Japanese on the American site. We are all learning from each other. You are welcome to watch.
