Noge chiku center is about 5 minutes from JR Sakuragicho station. (The room rental is 660. Yen to be split among attendees.) Directions: from JR south exit go right and go down long escalator. Walk straight towards the right till you reach escalator on other side. Go up. Walk up the Main Street about 4 or 5 blocks till you see some big pink poles. At that corner turn right. In the middle of the block next to the little park and bicycles there is an outside staircase. Go up to the 3rd floor. Ask for Ellen's group at the information desk.
