🎯 Omid is an award-winning management consultant, trainer, and coach. For over 15 years, Omid has helped organizations in areas such as operational excellence, process improvement, business transformation, strategy execution, and performance management.

🎯 Omid shifted his career exclusively to OKRs in 2018 and completed his OKRs certification in 2019. Since then he has trained 1,000+ employees whilst helping dozens of organizations deploy OKRs or transform the way they use OKRs.
