SESSION - Sitecore Powershell Extensions Fundamentals (1h) - Carlos Rodriguez
This course will discuss the fundamentals of coding PowerShell scripting with Sitecore instances and how that coding framework can be leveraged to speed up content manipulation within a Sitecore instance. The training class will discuss common commands which will be used often through-out coding scripts and also discuss examples of scripts which have been used to handle various scenarios which comes up when manipulating batch sets of Sitecore items.
About the Speaker: Carlos Rodriguez currently works for Arke Systems, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst and a Sitecore Consultant. He is currently a Sitecore Ambassador MVP and has been an MVP 6-times. Prior to that he worked for Sitecore as a Trainer and Technical Architect and then worked for a few Sitecore partners before finding a home at Arke. In those years he strategizes, taught, developed with and served as a business analyst with Sitecore instances ranging from Sitecore 6.5 to 10+.
