IMPORTANT:
This expedition is 10km+ and is suitable for Beginner Kayakers.

You MUST have at least a kayaking 2-star certificate to join this event. 

You may be asked by PA staff to produce  2-star certificate.

The conditions are:
a.) Use any kayak of your choice (spray skirt optional)
b.) The route is against tide

Online Kayak Rental from PA  https://www.onepa.gov.sg/

PA online kayak rental will start from 8th August (Monday).

Meet at PWPR: 9:00am
Launch: 9:30am
Back to PWPR: About 3:30pm

*As courtesy to participants who are early or punctual, we will NOT wait for later comers.

Itinerary: 10km+

• PWPR to Loyang (Fairy Point)
• Loyang (Fairy Point) to Changi Beach

            Lunch at Changi Village Hawker Center

• Changi Beach to Loyang (Fairy Point)
• Loyang (Fairy Point) to PWPR

Logistics

1. A picture of your certificate in your phone
2. Water (more than 2 litres; water cooler available at premises; do NOT bring single use bottled water - they are destroying our oceans and are simply NOT acceptable)
3. Covered Footwear COMPULSORY (booties / water shoes / sports shoes); NO SLIPPERS! (it should stay on your feet when swimming AND must cover your toes to protect them from cuts)
4. Sun protection (Long sleeves / Sunblock lotion / sunglasses / hat or cap / balaclava)
5. Toiletries and a change of clothes.
