Red River Estuary Discussion Group
Red River Estuary Discussion Group
Description

An estuary event is a 1.5 hour conversation with participants who enjoy discussing Big Ideas.  No formal qualifications are required, just an enquiring and thoughtful mind.  We welcome people from different ideological backgrounds, religions, political persuasions, etc. and we appreciate intellectual diversity, honesty and free expression.

We use a protocol that encourages mutual respect and openness to new ideas. There is no pre-determined agenda.  Rather, each participant puts a topic on the table (or pass if you prefer), and then we collectively decide which topic we are most interested in discussing.  As a result, each session is different.

This group is a great place to safely express your thoughts on various subject matters and to practice hearing other’s perspectives whilst expanding our collective knowledge and understanding of the discussed topics.  Welcome!
