The June PyMunich edition will be hosted by TrustYou 👍
The plan:

18:30 Doors open, snacks, drinks

19:00 Cajetan Rodrigues, Senior Python Engineer @TrustYou: "A Byte of Python"

This talk is targeted towards beginner-intermediate users of Python3.
In this short session, we shall explore a handful of cases where learners get confounded and confused by the behavior of this otherwise-intuitive language, and try to unearth the reasons for the anomalies.

19:40 Auke Willem Oosterhoff, "Managing the charge process for fleets of electric vehicles using Python and OCPP"

The amount of electric vehicles on the road is rising massively. Charge points are used to charge those vehicles. Often charge points are connected to a network and expose an API. OCPP is an open protocol for communicating with charge points in order to configure them, handle authorization, reading metrics, setting schedules and control the charge process in general. It is a websocket based protocol.

Auke will explain and demonstrate how The Mobility House uses Python 3.7 and OCPP to manage fleets of electric vehicles without blowing a fuse.
