This meetup is for all the passionate techies in Pondicherry & Auroville to come together, share knowledge and grow along the way. If you're an extremely passionate techie who's studying or working with technology in a regular basis, then please register for this event. Nittin Shankar is the organizer of the meetup. He's a web developer with over 5 years of experience building web applications in domains like tourism, marketplace, finance, NFTs, and many more. He is also a podcaster running a Tamil podcast called Vaanga Pazhagalaam with Techies where he interviews techies from various walks of life and look to learn from their journey, stories and experiences. New episodes release every two weeks.

3:15 PM - 3:45 PM: Tech talk 1 -  What is Neural Network?

Neural network is a term that most of us heard already. They're widely used in some popular websites like Youtube, Facebook, etc... But, what are they actually? why is it named as neural network? which field of computer science do they fall under?

All these questions will be answered in this beginner friendly talk. This'll be a good one to sit if you want to get started with learning about Machine Learning.

3:55 PM - 4:25 PM: Tech Talk 2 - Basics of Python

Python is a very popular programming language used for web development, data science, machine learning, etc... This talk will focus on basics of Python like strings, numbers, variables, data structures.

The speakers of this talk are Gowtham and Vimal. They are BCA degree students currently in their final years.

4:25 PM - 4:55 PM: Roundtable discussion

We all interpret things in a unique manner that is different from each other. Let's get together to discuss our learnings and interpretations from listening to the latest episode from the podcast Vaanga Pazhagalaam with techies. It'd be great if you spend some time listening to the latest episode titled #6 - Vijayalakshmi on organizing community meetups, maternity breaks, vision boards and more.

4:55 PM - 5:00 PM: Closing up

Feedback sharing about the organization of the meetup. A very small discussion will also be conducted with regards to planning for our next meetup.
