The getKanban Agile Board Game is a physical game designed to teach the concepts and mechanics of Kanban for software and hardware development. It helps you to understand basic Lean and Kanban principles and how to apply them to your projects. It also effectively shows the consequences of real-word decisions like organization structure changes, priority changes, resource re-allocation, etc.
