Hilversum is beautiful ofcourse, but I am wondering if there are ScrumMasters (or Scrumenthousiastics) in or near Alkmaar who would like to meetup to share experiences and ideas. This could be about a specific subject or we could use an open space format :) I would most certainly be willing and able to host this! Please drop me a line when you're interested. The end of the summer might be an good period to start.

Some of the subjects I encounter and would be nice conversations for me would be:

- Scrum and Support; how do you combine Feature development versus support on your existing product?

- PO-budget support; How do you make sure you assist/help/coach the PO in getting the best businessvalue within the existing budget

- How do you help individuals within a team in becoming a team? Experts versus generalists, junior versus senior

- How do you help your PO to explain Technical dept and the value of resolving it to the stakeholders?

Any other subject that you are interested in? Please leave a comment!
