Our session 'Women in Agile, are we leaning in?' has been selected for the XP Days on December 4th.
In this session we want to address the current situation of women in Agile companies, roles and the community. Although the percentage of women is increasing in the Agile world, they are still a minority. Together with the participants, we want to discuss the situation, raise awareness, and brainstorm on how we, men and women, can truly lean in.

We want to make this session informative, fun and interesting for people of all roles and all genders.

To test if we are on the right track, we will do a try-out and ask for your help to give us feedback and make the session even better.

As the session has to be in English at XP Days, we will do the try-out in English too.  We will keep the group small, to have the best conversations.
