About
Agile and Development (Enterprise) Architecture seem at odds with each other. Many of the activities of the (Enterprise) Architect under the name You Is not Gonna Need It (YAGNI) or Big Design Up Front (BDUF) rallied. Some go even further, proposing "Who Needs an Architect?".
Enterprise architecture has on the other side also has clear benefits: better, faster and cheaper. The realization of these benefits cost money. An Enterprise Architect knows this as a good trade-off so that its stakeholder gets maximum ROI.
