Hi all -

I'm sharing this info from Tom Quinn ... I have a conflict, but enjoy!

The "Big Ten in Boston" Facebook site invited me to a Big Ten Football Kickoff Party, and I thought I'd share this idea for an Ex-Midwesterners' meetup.

It's at Game On restaurant/tavern next to Fenway Park (82 Landsdown St.) from noon to 3:00 pm this coming Saturday, August 28.

It'll be in the downstairs area. Game On will provide complimentary appetizers like wings, pizza, and chicken tenders; they didn't say anything about a cover charge. It looks like a great way to meet Big Ten alumni.
