• Talk #1: End-to-end real-time interactivity on the web with LiveView & LiveState

LiveView is a great choice to build real-time web applications. But what happens when you don't control the stack of the website? LiveState comes in to help bridge the gap, be it a Chrome extension or a custom HTML Element, to bring end-to-end real-time interactivity. This is a showcase of the stack used by Liveroom (liveroom.app), the tool I'm building.

• Talk #2: Killing Electron: LiveView in your Desktop

Doing webapps is cool – but when users demand desktop applications the ecosystem is still very limited. One of the most used tools for that effect is Electron, which paved the way to easily develop desktop applications. However, it's bloated and difficult to distribute. Fortunately we now have Tauri – which tackles most of these issues. In this presentation we'll talk about how Elixir can leverage Tauri to deliver desktop applications easy to distribute and more efficient than Electron.
