Fair weather is finally arriving in Lisbon and it marks the return of the walking meetup!

For this meetup, we'll meet under the glorious Portuguese flag at Miradouro Park Eduardo VII. We'll hang out by the flag for about 15 minutes from the meetup start time (19:00), and then begin our journey.

After embarking we'll walk down through the park towards Praça do Marquês de Pombal. From the square, we'll head towards the neighborhood of Rato until we reach the Rato metro station.

From the station, we'll make a left leading us out of Rato into the trendy neighborhood of Príncipe Real. This will be the longest leg of the walk! We'll pass by the lovely Jardim do Príncipe Real and Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara (where you can see a view of the castle). Once we arrive at Praça Luís de Camões we're almost there! All we have left is a short walk to our destination of Miradouro de Santa Catarina.

From this Miradouro you can enjoy one of the best views of the river in Lisbon. There's a kiosk with drinks and snacks so feel free to take a break and relax. You earned it!
