LatentShift is a one-day conference in Istanbul for engineers and builders working on AI systems in production. We focus on the real effort behind AI applications: evals, infrastructure, latency, cost, drift, debugging, security, and the trade-offs that appear after the demo works.

AI conferences often highlight the polished side of the field: keynotes, product launches, roadmaps, and big ideas.

LatentShift focuses on what happens after that: the engineering work required to make AI systems reliable in production.

The messy, useful, technical part where teams choose the right model, decide whether to prompt, retrieve, fine-tune, or rebuild the data, understand why behavior changed, debug evals that passed but still failed in practice, fix broken pipelines, control cost, improve latency, and make the system reliable enough to keep running.

What makes LatentShift different ? 

We want talks with real systems, real decisions, real numbers, and honest lessons. A good LatentShift talk might include a failure mode, an eval lesson, a debugging path, a cost trade-off, a design choice, or a production incident that changed how the team builds.
