ÖNEMLİ BİLGİLER
- Katılım için yaş sınırı yoktur.
- İzmirCon alanına evcil hayvan kabul edilmeyecektir.
- Etkinlik ile ilgili çekilen fotoğraflar, İzmirCon adına, sosyal medya kanallarında yayımlanabilir, tanıtım ve promosyon materyalleri olarak kullanılabilir.
- Kesici, delici, yaralama ihtimali olan ya da sert malzemeden yapılmış eşya, cosplay parçası olsa bile etkinlik alanına alınmayacaktır. Ziyaretçilerin bu tür aksesuarları yumuşak malzemeden craft etmesi gerekmektedir. Bu konuda son söz İzmirCon görevlilerine aittir.
- İade talepleri için son gün 27 Mart Cuma günüdür. İade talebinizin işleme alınabilmesi için, bileti alırken kullandığınız e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine e-posta atmanız gereklidir.
