Investigative Reporters and Editors presents: Lightning Talks!

Come to the next quarterly installment of the Investigative Reporters and Editors (IRE) Philadelphia meetup at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21. We're bringing NICAR's most beloved event to the Pen & Pencil Club: Lightning Talks! Local journalists will give bite-sized presentations on a variety of investigative journalism-adjacent topics. Potentially informative. Definitely a good time!

Entry is free and you don't have to be an IRE or P&P member to attend — we just ask that you register on this page.

If you do want to become an IRE member, learn more here: https://www.ire.org/join-ire/.

For additional questions, please feel free to contact organizers Juliette Rihl ([email protected]) or Joe Yerardi ([email protected]).

Thanks!
