Hacking Design Sprints by Google Design Sprint Istanbul

About

In this talk, speakers will share their unconventional approach to running continuous design sprints within an Agile product team.

The term “design sprint” has a different meaning within the Digital Products team at TRT. Product Managers use design sprints to hack the product lifecycle to get to a prototype faster. The UX team uses sprints a tool for managing the design pipeline, prototyping and validating new product ideas, and for continuous delivery of validated design assets into our development sprints.
