In this session, we'll walk through how Fianais, a platform built to help Scottish schools manage assessment arrangements and ASN support, was built from scratch using a combination of ChatGPT, Claude Design, Claude CLI, Codex, and Cursor IDE. You'll hear the honest story - what worked, what didn't, and the workflow that emerged from trial and error.

This is a hands-on workshop, so come ready to try things out. You don't need to be a developer to get value from it, the focus is on understanding which AI tool to reach for and when, a skill that's useful whether you're writing code or just trying to get an idea out of your head and into the world.
