This month HWG member Jack Gordon will explore why some design works and why some quietly fails. We’ll walk through a practical approach to design, starting with understanding the problem, exploring ideas, shaping what works, applying core design principles, and refining through testing. Running through it all is one key theme, design thinking, which helps you avoid solving the wrong problem beautifully, and instead focus on what actually needs to be solved. We’ll finish by bringing it back to how we apply this in practice.
We will be based at Eden Court's Community Table from 6:30pm.
We appreciate RSVPs on Kommunity, they help us plan.
If you'd like to join us, please mark yourself as attending.
Our group is an informal and friendly setting for chat about all types of web developing/designing/code-related stuff. It’s a good place for techy people of all kinds to get together, socialise and network.
