Kommunity takes member account privacy very seriously and has strict rules regarding who can access or create a Kommunity account. Please know we reserve the right to suspend or remove any account, or limit access to certain features of the platform, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Kommunity members and organizers must be at least 18 years of age. Therefore, kommunities must be targeted at, and only offer opportunities for those who are over 18. While kommunities are welcome to provide activities for families, any children present at an event must be supervised and accompanied by an adult guardian.
Kommunity may remove certain members when we become aware that the member is a convicted sex offender or has been convicted of a violent, fraudulent, or dangerous crime. Kommunity may also remove a member based on their criminal record, for safety, or for other concerns. Members with concerns about criminal or illegal activity should always report it to local authorities.
The U.S. export regulations restrict imports and exports to certain destinations without a U.S. Government authorization (called "license"). As a U.S. based website, complying with various international trade regulations is the duty and legal responsibility of Kommunity Inc. and its employees. There are some countries and legal entities that require a government permit before transactions, and some countries and activities where transactions are completely prohibited.

Kommunity does not allow transactions to any person, company, or entity listed on the US Government's Consolidated Review List (CSL). If you are on the CSL list, or if your company or entity is listed, please do not attempt to make or request money or service transactions.
