How to contact support

If you are having some kind of trouble while using Kommunity, we are always here for you! 

Our support tool is on every page of Kommunity. You can find it at the right bottom of your screen. 

When you click on our support bubble, you'll see two options to contact us: 

1- Live chat (You'll be talking to someone from our team, not a bot) 

2- Email

Explain your problem briefly and we'll be helping you as soon as possible!

*If you can't see the chat option, that means no one is available to chat at the moment, you can try again at working hours or you can send an email.

*If you are having a technical issue with our website please attach screenshots if you can, so we can examine your problem better.
