Blockchain based digital voting application, zBlocks, which run on IBM Z systems enable us to have reliable, transparent and secure digital voting system. Blockchain is a foremost technology which proved itself on disposal of distrust and providing security of the data. Therefore, a voting or election system which is implemented with using Blockchain technology enable us to minimize the concerns. However, introducing Blockchain can’t be a solution solely. We also need secure, available and resilient system to run the blockchain network on and IBM Z systems not only have all of the criteria above but more. Uniting forces of the Blockchain and IBM Z Systems is a perfect combination to have a perfect digital voting system.
