Our October regularly scheduled meetup was canceled due to a dog show in Urbana, OH, so our meetup partners at the Cincinnati Chihuahua Meetup invited us Dachshund owners to party with them for Halloween during their regular meetup date October 18th at 1pm at the same location as usual, the Best Friends Pet Care.

It's a holiday! Join together with Chihuahuas and Dachshunds and of course, their owners, to celebrate Halloween with a costume party! Dress up your Chi and Doxie in the best costume and your pet will win a prize! All members attending the October Meetup will vote for the best costume and the pet with the most votes will win!

Of course, participation in wearing costumes is strictly voluntary and your Chi or Doxie does not need a costume to attend the October Meetup. So please, do not let costumes stop you from attending. The more Chihuahuas and Dachshunds that come and play, the better.

After everyone arrives, our pets can take off their costumes, let loose and play for up to 2 hours of fun. We dont want their costumes getting in the way of their socialization.

As always, there is an indoor room and a fenced in outdoor yard area at Best Friends with plenty of seating and toys for the dogs to play with.

*Brie, Best Friends' Dog Trainer, usually attends our Chihuahua meetup as well!
