Talk: "LinkerD vs Istio"
Two names come into mind when you think of Service Mesh. Its often the case that we wonder, "What should I use for Service Mesh, Istio or LinkerD". Unfortunately answer is not as simple as just choosing one over other.
While Istio is more feature rich, LinkerD is easy to install and comes with a Linkerd dashboard. In this talk , I'm gonna talk about Service Mesh and compare Istio and LinkerD.

About the Speaker
Shardul is a Cloud Architect focused on Infrastructure and Data. He brings deep expertise around Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana and Streaming frameworks such as Spark.
He is currently working with REA Group Asia(previously known as Iproperty.com) as a Lead Systems Engineer architecting and managing multi cloud applications on AWS and GCP.
