In the spirit of Thanksgiving, please bring a donation of dry or canned pet food to donate to the Cincinnati Pet Food Pantry. (Please make sure products are unopened and not expired.)

The Cincinnati Pet Food Pantry is a program from the non-profit rescue group, Recycled Doggies. The Pantry provides temporary food assistance to qualifying low income pet owners who are currently unable to afford food for their pets and may be forced to give up their pets without food assistance. While primarily providing dog and cat food, they also offer other small animals (hamsters, ferrets, birds, etc.) and kitty litter to their recipients in need.

The Pantry has helped over 3,000 people since its inception. The hold a volunteer-driven distribution day once each month. They have drop-off locations throughout the Cincinnati area and are always in need of both volunteers and food. So, if you can't make it to this meetup, please consider donating on your own.

Join the fun and lets meetup! Lets get together with our Chihuahuas for at least 90 minutes of playtime! This meetup is scheduled for the third weekend of each month. Please check the website each month as the day may vary between Saturday or Sunday.

There is an indoor playroom at Best Friends Pet Care, so we dont have to worry about our little Chihuahuas if the weather isnt just right. But if the weather is nice, there is an outdoor play area as well. There are also plenty of toys for them to play with and of course they will have each other! This meetup provides a great atmosphere for Chihuahuas to socialize and learn how to play with others. Even if your Chi is shy and will only watch the play, the pups are still learning proper doggie behavior. This meetup also provides great exercise for your Chi allowing them to run around and use up their energy. By the end of playtime, your dog will be ready for naptime!
