We will have separate bills for this event and 15% gratuity is automatically added to each person's bill. You are also required to go back to your original seat after you mingle with each other in order to enable individual billing.

• No-Show Policy:

We have a zero tolerance policy for no-shows. If you RSVP 'Yes', we expect you to be there.

Our organizers have a busy schedule too. We all do this voluntarily. Organizing events takes time, efforts and a lot of consideration. Respect your organizers and members by showing up if you RSVP "Yes"

Please RSVP as soon as possible!

• Cancellation Policy:

If, for any reason, you change you mind, please change your RSVP to 'No' at least 48 hours prior to the event. This will give your fellow members a chance to get on the 'Yes' LIST and for the organizer to call the restaurant to update the reservation.

If you do cancel within 48 hours you will be marked as last minute cancellation (LMC).

• No Soliciting or Harassment:

Anyone caught soliciting, actively pursuing business, or harassing members during the Meetup will be asked to leave immediately and removed from the group. No exceptions.

Due to complaints from our members several multi-level marketing people or people harassing our members.

• Members should not feel obligated to give their personal information to others:

Please use discretion when giving out your contact information.
