Hey guys,

I've booked out the conference room at mine and we can do board games from 7-11pm. Grab dinner first and come over whenever, the room can hold 12 people but theres a multipurpose room its connected to with 2 pool tables and also a couple of chairs and table. We can split in to two or three groups and rotate.

The room is at the east building, just approach from Alberni Street and take the stairs down one level (underneath the concierge floor). The room will be literally 2 metres away from the bottom of the stairs. Give me a call on[masked] as you need the key to get in or for it to be opened from the inside.

I don't have any board games so it'll be great if people can bring some. If not let me know and I'll hunt for some downtown.

EDIT: Do people want to have dinner before the event?

EDIT 2: Okay so looks like we'll just get dinner before the event, feel free to bring snacks or whatever but please dont make a mess as I'll have to pay a fee, especially the pool table room as I technically haven't booked it.
