Thank for your patience guys! This winter, we will start off the month with some warm toasted pizza & pasta to fill our stomachs; with some extra virgin olive oil from the Italian perspective. Let's all come down to Gastown and enjoy a social gathering with Matt and I and get some carbs on! LOL :P

Specializing in brick oven-fired thin-crust pizzas and pastas, Incendio is Gastown's original pizzeria, having served the neighbourhood since 1996. A favourite destination for everything from family celebrations to intimate dinners for two, and staff parties to business luncheons. With its pleasing combination of exposed-brick walls and dining room seating that includes an open view to the kitchen, Incendio's ambiance lends itself warmly to the comforts of savoury hand-rolled gnocchi, flavourful BC and Italian wines, and local craft beers on tap.

Gastown's original and oldest pizzeria, Incendio has been delighting local and visiting diners since 1996. Located In Vancouver’s historic Gastown, on the corner of Columbia Street and Alexander — the space had previously operated for nearly 20 years as Al Forno, a restaurant that provided first dates for countless Vancouverites. Constructed in stages between 1905 and 1912, the building was first known as the City Hotel and then as the Anchor Hotel with residential accommodation above and entertainment (saloon, bar, pool hall) on the ground floor. The building was added to the Canadian Register of Historic Places in 2005.
