Potters House of Horrors** AKA ... Canadian Haunted House** has to be the biggest, best and baddest Haunted Attraction in the Lower Mainland!

Potter’s House of Horrors is a spooky labyrinth of terror located at Potter’s Farm & Nursery in Surrey, BC.

It consists of two haunted houses, each with several rooms connected by dark twisty hallways and covers over 12,000 square feet. Actors and terrifying animatronics make for a night of chilling fun!

At the Potters House of Horrors, they provide a safe, fun and try to create good times for all that arrive. They will be part of your Halloween traditions and memories for many years to come.

That being said, those whom are 12 years and under, are not recommended to join. NO MINORS! There may be extreme graphic content and crazy Halloween spooks around every corner.

A much tamer "Family Hour" the visual effects are still the same as the full blown show time. For "family hour" the the sound track is adjusted to a lower volume and much less creepy sounds, ALL animatronics are turned OFF and NO actors are inside that move around and try to spook you.

BUT we do not recommend it for those that are 12 years old and under! Seriously folks, this is a House of Horrors, NOT a cutesy Haunted House! We do not know if your child will be OK with it, this is your responsibility.

This is your call should you bring your children here and purchase NON-REFUNDABLE tickets to find out that once, two steps inside, your little loved ones cannot make it any further!

You will be warned about this at the cashier when purchasing tickets, I am warning you now. Their website clearly states the same.

Regardless if it is "family hour" or "7 PM full blown show time", NO REFUNDS will be provided.
