Who feels like getting dressed up? I haven't tried Fur Elise Patisserie yet, so I figured it would be great to go with their frilly theme and get dressed up on Halloween for high tea! Dress up as much or as little as you want. FYI, I think it is on the girly side, but you don't have to wear a dress :)
