Assistance for Newbies at the Social After

There are many regular dancers at the Salsa Practica that would be more willing to show and dance with the newbies.

It is very informal, even the girls can ask the guys to dance and are generally expected to especially in a Salsa Practica!

General Advice:

Show up at least ten minutes early so come no later than 7:20PM to avoid missing part of the lesson start.

Wear comfortable close fitting and flexible shoes that have a clean bottom.(Thick bottomed sneakers or flip flops although OK otherwise, are therefore not recommended)

Very light clothing in layers is recommended. You may start off cold but become very warm, very quickly.

Be respectful of your partner including personal hygiene... Lol !

Guys do not "monopolize" a lady unless she is already your girlfriend. This is a social to add friends to expand your social circle ;-)
