Here's the detail itinerary for our trip:

7am or at Driver's discretion: Pick up from convenient location

10am: Meet at Bellis Fair Food Court.  We will distribute Walkie Talkies to the drivers so we know where to go

11am: Tulip Festival (Details TBA)

1pm: Lunch and Bubble Tea :)

3pm:  Seattle Premium Outlet

7pm: Wonderful Buffet

10pm: Return home

Cost: ~$50

Note: The deposit I receive between now and the trip, I will return to you the day of the event.  This is to show commitment to the event.

We are looking for drivers / cars -So far we only have 2 cars available.  For an incentive and token of appreciation, we will be providing gas money at $60/car, and will only be split amongst the passengers (drivers don't pay for gas).

You can pay your deposit to me or one of the assistant organizers at the events between now and then.  Once I have received the deposit, I will put you on the YES list.  I'll make sure you sign a waiver form if you haven't already done so before you get on the trip.

Finally, hopefully weather is good - but in case that the weather is not good, or that the flower is not in full bloom, we will have to postpone it to the next weekend, April 13.  In that case, we will offer full refund to the deposit IF YOU CANNOT MAKE it.
