Talk: "Freelancing: How To Fail"
After over a decade of full-time software development, Shawn (with business partner, Justin) decided to put his money where his mouth was and work for himself. A year later, it looked like it was time to give up. This talk is about the problems that almost caused the business to fail and how they were overcome to create a healthy business.
